Great customer service! I made my appointment online and received a follow-up call to make sure all questions were answered prior to the appointment. We dropped off the Explorer for service the night before. I got a message about two issues they found during service and quickly authorized the repairs. The best part was the customer service provided by Jim Foley, Service Manager. He ordered a Lyft to pick me up and bring me to the dealership to pick up the car before they closed. It was fast and efficient. I was impressed! More
