I had been driving a Honda CRV, but after looking at the Ford Escape, was won over by all the technology, the looks, the leather seats, seat warmers and all the bells and whistles. Our salesman Steve Baisley was also a factor in our deciding on the Ford product. He was not in the least pushy or aggressive in any way! He was very knowledgeable and informative as well as being very low key. We appreciated the time he spent with us when picking up the car, helping us through all the important things we needed to know before driving it off the lot, as well as offering to meet with us again for further details about some of the newer technology. He was terrific! I also was pleased to note that everyone, every last person we met at the dealership, from the women who answer the phone to the other sales staff and service staff...all were very pleasant and made it a point to say hello and offer help as needed. Joe Haberger is an exceptional sales man. We really enjoyed working with him. He was knowledgable about the product and fun to hang out with while looking at cars. There was no to purchase a vehicle. A few days later, we returned to make the purchase. Our decision was made based on our specific needs, and price, which was excellent. The entire staff and our experience with Framingham Ford has been excellent. This includes sales, receptionist, Internet communication, service, and finance. It has been a pleasure doing business with Framingham Ford. When we are ready to make another purchase, we will be going back to Framingham Ford. More

I originally picked Framingham Ford for its proximity to my home but soon found I had picked the right dealership. I knew what I wanted heading in and was not pressured into anything else. Jerry Feehily greeted me on the lot after giving me a chance to look around without feeling like I was being watched. He was laid back and allowed me to buy what I wanted to buy; he didn't try to sell me chance to look around without feeling like I was being watched. I brought my 4 month old puppy with me and quickly found out Framingham Ford is a pet-friendly establishment. The receptionist even watched over Mia as I completed the paperwork for my new-to-me truck. When she failed to remember that she needs to urinate outside, the staff was helpful in helping me find the right supplies to clean up her mess. When I stop by Framingham Ford and I don't take my pup with me, I am greeted with a smile and an inquiry as to her whereabouts. Jay in Finance was able to secure a superb interest for me as he took a personal interest in getting the best rate available. He truly went above and beyond & thought outside the box to get me approved by a bank that gave me a spectacular rate. He went to bat for me and came out on top. The other sales associates also made me feel at home and helped to create a pleasant experience all around. Jerry helped me get a great deal on the truck and I was happy and am still ecstatic about my purchase. I live in Framingham and had no question in my mind as to where I wanted to purchase my next truck, seeing as I had previously used their body shop for a prior repair and had also serviced a company vehicle in the service shop.
