This was the worst experience of my life. They rushed my new car off the lot and into my hands and I told them 3 times I was in no rush it could wait until all the registration was done and i They rushed my new car off the lot and into my hands and I told them 3 times I was in no rush it could wait until all the registration was done and it had a sticker on it. I don’t even know how to open the gas tank nothing was even shown to me. Then they texted and said my license was expired after some back and forth and finally getting involved it was determined they had pulled the wrong file. In their haste to clean my car and get it in my hands they did a poor job in cleaning it and I still have the remnants of a sticker on my windshield. I’m very unhappy as to how I have been treated and I left a message for the general manager and he never returned my call. Ill make my second trip and take my future business elsewhere. the only positive was the finance guy tony he was awesome. More

I was emailing back and forth with an associate concerning a vehicle advertised online. At the request of the associate I agreed to make an appointment to see the vehicle. Imagine my surprise when (after a 45min. drive in traffic) I got to the dealership and found the car was out on a test drive. I was informed that I could wait until it was returned if I wanted to. At the dealership I was not able to talk to the person I was dealing with because that person "only handled the internet inquries". Later, when I emailed my original contact she wrote back and said "It is better to make an appointment but we have no control over someone walking in a test driving the vehicle". I attempted to contact management but received no reply from anyone. I guess I misunderstood the reason for making an appointment. More
