If I could give them a negative I would, recently bought my daughter a used vehicle, during test drive with salesman, MAX, who shouldn't even be allowed to sell kitchen appliances, the service four-wheel dr my daughter a used vehicle, during test drive with salesman, MAX, who shouldn't even be allowed to sell kitchen appliances, the service four-wheel drive light came on. He stated that he would have them look at it and take it to one of the McGovern Jeep dealerships to look at it. When my daughter picked up the car, Max informed her that the vehicle just needed software update. 3 and a half weeks later vehicle taken to jeep dealership and was advised transfer case was gone. Called and spoke with used car sales manager, Mr Silva. He instructed me to bring it to Mcgovern Jeep in Acton. They found same thing. Mike the service rep was only good person to help us. He stated that he would get approval for the repair. When we got update for the vehicle, he informed us that they were going through the extended warranty I had purchased. Not sure how they got them to pay for it as it had not been 30 days. During repair to vehicle it was discovered vehicle had exhaust leak and that would not be covered, being frustrated at time as my daughter was leaving for school I paid the cost, $1000 for the exhaust. They also made me pay the $100 deductible, and I had to pay the other Jeep dealership a $200 fee for the diagnostic. All told, out $1300 which should have been covered under 30-day warranty. I will attempt to get money back through legal action. I would not trust the used car sales department under any circumstances. More
