“Dre1045, I would like to personally thank you for your feedback. Clearly I can understand how this situation would be upsetting for you. We did advise against putting in the aftermarket racing clutch, but since you directed us to install it anyway, of course we did. It’s your vehicle after all and we do our best to accommodate our customers’ requests. To get to the bottom of the issue for you, I also contacted the Service Manager and your Service Advisor at Naperville Toyota and they agreed that the part you gave us was to blame and there was no installation error. We are human after all and sometimes mistakes are made which is why we do accept responsibility for our actions when we do something wrong. I’m truly sorry we couldn’t resolve this issue for you.
