We apologize for the frustration, we understand we were not a local dealer choice but that you found our Altima online at a great deal and unfortunately it is very common for vehicles to be turned in without both keys, the additional cost, not being a safety concern, is sometimes a consideration we have to make to price a vehicle as low as we can. We did offer our cost if you'd like to get it done, and will hold that offer if you decide to in the future.
