When Rosa and I came in for the test drive, Sam was exactly the same in person: friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. He made what is often a stressful car-buying experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. Once we finalized the deal, Sam introduced us to Katrina in Finance, and the excellent experience continued. What is normally a quick paperwork session turned into a genuinely enjoyable visit because Katrina was so personable, professional, and easy to talk with. She explained everything clearly, answered every question thoroughly, and never made us feel rushed. It’s rare to spend an hour signing paperwork and actually enjoy the conversation, but that’s exactly what happened. The dealership itself was spotless, welcoming, and reflected the Porsche brand extremely well. The vehicle was beautifully prepared for delivery and looked absolutely immaculate when we picked it up. Even after the sale, Sam continued to be available for questions and followed through on everything he said he would do. That level of service says a lot about both him and the dealership. Overall, this was one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly, responsive, and genuinely interested in making sure we were happy with the process from beginning to end.
