Justin was nice and helpful. I had already picked the vehicle of interest online (2024 Acadia). Jim (Mgr) is great, he assisted with this purchase of my last Acadia in 2015 and t I had already picked the vehicle of interest online (2024 Acadia). Jim (Mgr) is great, he assisted with this purchase of my last Acadia in 2015 and this 2024 Acadia. Area to work on: We settled on a price around 10:30am, I advised that I needed to leave for work related issues and would be back around 4:00pm to sign the paperwork. I arrived back at the dealership around 4:10. I understand the dealership only has 1 F&I person, but I had to wait almost 2 hours before signing my documents....ridiculous! More

I had a wonderful experience during my first car on my own. Everyone at MCKENZIE motor Buick was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable while I was there with my 5 year old and my 2 year old. They didn’ own. Everyone at MCKENZIE motor Buick was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable while I was there with my 5 year old and my 2 year old.
