Chris Branch, sales manager (another good listener) kept his word on everything, and delivered more than I expected.. Two service advisors, Hof Engelke, and Joe Connaway were informative, as well as likeable - and I plan to use their service department, in the future - because of them. I didn't believe the TV commercials before, but I do now. PS I recommend you ask for Sayward and Chris! More

It would have been easier to do as I normally have done and have my own financing arranged before I go shopping. Communication is not their strong suit. They should hold the satisfaction surveys until all of the paperwork is done. They called a week after I received the new car to ask if I was happy. It is a new car, if there were issues it would be the exception. The experience can only be judged when all of the parts of the deal are done. More
