I towed my car there to get a new key programmed they didn’t fix the one thing I asked them to and kept finding things wrong with my car. After I agreed to fix the first issue they found I decided I need didn’t fix the one thing I asked them to and kept finding things wrong with my car. After I agreed to fix the first issue they found I decided I needed to just take the car back and use it as a trade in because they were not sure the next issue was going to actually fix it. When I picked it up the steering wheel was all take apart with panels screws and fuses laying around. Brian told me it was pointless to put it back together because the next place was going to need to tear it apart even though I told him I was trading it in somewhere else. The place I traded it in told me the car wasn’t worth fixing with all the work that needed done. So thank you McLaughlin for wasting my time and money. More

BAD BUSINESS ETHICS! Never buy a vehicle from them if you want good customer service after the purchase!! They sold us a truck without an operable spare key. My husband lost the working key when he was over 3 hours from home. Drove him the spare only to find out McLaughlin never programmed it. We had to leave the truck and drive home until we could get in touch with someone at McLaughlin for help. They offered nothing to help us pay the costs due to their negligence. The were going to make us pay to tow the car an additional 30 miles to the closest dealer and that they would only pay to get the key programmed. Something that should have been done when we bought it!! The owner Paul McLaughlin even had the audacity to tell me he isn't helping pay for any other costs since it wasn't his fault my husband lost the working key in the first place and he asked me why I don't have AAA. What a DISGRACE! Who sells someone a vehicle with a key that doesn't work?? Then not even apologize or offer to help with the costs and inconvenience! BAD BUSINESS! More
