Glenn is a wonderful salesperson. I met Glenn Smith in 2012. We bought a 2012 Equinox from him/McLaughlin. In 2015 we needed another vehicle so we came back to Glenn & bought a 2015 I met Glenn Smith in 2012. We bought a 2012 Equinox from him/McLaughlin. In 2015 we needed another vehicle so we came back to Glenn & bought a 2015 Captiva. We are very pleased with both vehicles, McLaughlin and most importantly Glenn Smith. If I ever need another vehicle, I will definitely go to Glenn Smith. More

Arogant, rude disrespectful I have never met a more disrespectful, , rude,arogant self serving sales manager. Just.and I quote again ""lady I don't give a xxxx who set up what !! A horror of a human being who could give a xxxx about what's wrong with your car and"" if your not going to buy anything get out "" I have a very nice Monty carlo This un gentlemanly person's name is STEVE! So buyers. and people who need thier car servesed BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!! More
