We had a definite ceiling in price, but were also hoping to get a solid, safe and reliable car - and that's exactly what we got! We worked with Ed Maldonado and Kevin McMahon to find a car within our price range that checked all of the boxes that we require for our family. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - no pushiness, or up-selling; just honest, understanding, straightforward salesmanship. We picked up our new old car this morning, and could not be happier. The car we bought was originally purchased from McMahon and has been serviced there throughout it's 7-year life - and looks and drives like a new car. It has been maintained beautifully by their shop - and we will continue to bring it there! It's also worth it to note that my brother bought a used Ford Explorer from McMahon Ford in 1999/2000 when his twins were born. They are turning 16 next year, and are currently learning to drive in that same car! I don't remember how old it was when he bought it, but 16 years later, it's still running strong! Can't beat that... Long story short, when it comes time for us to purchase another car - new or used, we'll definitely be going back to McMahon. I can't recommend them enough!! More

Honest dealer I recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle from McMahon. The process was relatively quick and painless. The salesman, Ed Maldonado was extremely polite and thoroughly went over all the features of the vehicle I was purchasing. At all times throughout the transaction, I felt that McMahon was dealing with me honestly and truthfully. On the day the transaction was concluded, Mr. Maldonado went above and beyond my expectations by answering many questions that I had, explaining all the new features of my vehicle, and even researching answers to more specific questions that I had that he didn't know the answer to at that time. Today, this level of honesty, integrity, and service is sadly lacking from many dealerships. My family has purchased other vehicles from McMahon in the past, and I am glad to carry on that tradition. I support local businesses and purchase American-manufactured products whenever feasible, and McMahon Ford stands as a great example of that. More

They Lost Me as a Customer Forever After having had a good experience leasing a Fusion in 2011 and enjoying the car, I naturally looked forward to getting a new one when my lease was up After having had a good experience leasing a Fusion in 2011 and enjoying the car, I naturally looked forward to getting a new one when my lease was up. I agreed a price with my salesman and ordered the new one. A week later he called to tell me that they couldn't order the 2014 anymore, and Ford wasn't yet accepting orders for 2015 (like, really? Ford wasn't selling new cars at that point?). A few weeks later, he called to say the pricing on the new one would be comparable and they ordered the car. When it finally showed up (three months after I ordered it), the price was significantly higher than what I had originally agreed to. The salesman offered to discuss it with the owner, Chris McMahon, and asked for a few days to see what he could do. A week went by, I heard nothing, and I had to turn in my old car or extend the lease. With no information about what they were going to do on the pricing, I went to a different dealer (and a different manufacturer) and bought a better car for the same price as I had originally expected to pay. So for a "modified" bait and switch, and especially their failure to keep me informed of my options, McMahon Ford failed two of the tenets of how to keep a customer satisfied. I will never give this dealer my business again. And Ford suffered for the dealer's incompetence as well. Too bad for them. More

Don't Buy a Ford. My 4 yr old Ford Mustang is rusting and Ford will not take action on the rusted hood. Youtube ford mustang hood. They know the problem.
