Dealing with Neil Novick was a pleasure. He did not try to hard sell us. We test drove the car and we like it but were not ready to buy it yesterday. Neil understood and did not use antics to keep us at the dealership longer than we wanted to be there. We told him that we will be back today to buy the car and he was fine with it. The communication was great. I asked him to address one issue with the car and it was done by the time we came back. The whole process took less than 90 minutes (60 minutes on Sunday and 30 minutes on Monday). Neil made it quite easy. What an experience.

We also had the pleasure dealing with Mike(finance manager). He did not try to sell us extras that he new we did not need. We spent 20 of our 30 minutes in finance. We purchased gap insurance which we have done in the pass.

This is a great place to go if you need a car. Great people. I seldom leave responses but they were too good not leave a recommendation.

This was the best experiance I have ever had buying a car. The staff were friendly and informative. Luis made sure I knew everything I needed to know about the car before I drove off the lot.

Mike is one of the funniest people I have ever met. Made the paper work a lot of fun. He has a great sense of humor and a pleasure to deal with. I will be sure to recommend this dealership to everyone I know.

We would buy from this dealership over and over again! No hassles what so ever. Everyone was very friendly, honest, thorough, NOT pushy, and quick. We did not spend hours going over paperwork. We are very pleased with our purchase because of the way we were treated by the employees but also the price was just right! No buyers remorse here! Thanks Luis!

I bought a Dodge from McPeek’s in Anaheim, CA late 2008. And since then, I’ve returned many times for various maintenance jobs from oil change to air filter and tire rotation… Every time I visited, from the day I bought my car to each time I came in for service, my experiences were fantastic. Let me tell you, McPeek’s has a team that truly values customer service. From the men and women in the service department, to the people behind the counter, the sales team, finance and management, all of them are friendly, helpful and treat you like a valued customer. Look, I have been to many other dealers in Orange County and no one can compare to McPeek’s in term of customer service, and I don’t say that lightly. McPeek's Dodge turned out to be an outstanding car buying experience. The sales specialist, Luis, did an outstanding job of making sure I was well informed of the available products. He introduced me to the right vehicle for my needs. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The process to purchase the vehicle was smooth and efficient. I got an excellent value for my trade in vehicle, and the price was more than competitive with other dealerships. I chose a Dodge Ram 1500 over the Ford F150 and Chevy Silverado 1500 for the excellent price and quality of the vehicle. I absolutely would recommend buyers to ask for Luis when they go to McPeek for a new vehicle.

I just had the best buying experience of my life (and I have bought a lot of cars). I inquired about a 2012 Dodge Challenger online about 2 months ago, and received a response quickly from Luis Garcia. When I told him I was not ready, he responded "no problem let me know if you change your mind". So I have been watching thier website and the 2012 Challengers dwindle down to the last 2. They had such a great offer on this amazing 2012 Challenger RT Classic that I knew I had to have it.

I am very busy at work, so I asked Luis Garcia if he could run the numbers for me while I was at work so I wouldn't have to spend to a lot of time at the dealer. They got back to me quickly, and we had a deal.

I arrived to the dealership the next morning, and they met me with a hello & had my paperwork ready to go. 20 minutes later I was leaving the dealership with my new vehicle.

I hadn't bought a new car in years so I was very nervous about the car buying experience. Luis who sold me the car didn't pressure me into the sale. His calm manner was very soothing and reassuring. He spent a lot of time to show me how the car worked and I didn't leave with a lot of questions. Mike, the finance manager, made car financing stress free. He asked questions about how long I planned to own the car and would only sell me a warranty that I needed. His sense of humor had me laughing the whole time!! I would recommend this dealership to anybody looking for honest, knowledgeable, caring people.

Showed up one night just to have a look at the 2013 Dodge Dart's. Luis came over to help us out. Pulled the car out, went over all the features and benefits of the car. He knows his cars. Very knowledgeable, patient and honest. Myself and my parents really enjoyed talking to Luis and learning about the car.

Customer Service was top notch. All our questions and concerns were addressed.

Both Luis and Mike are extremely friendly and helpful.

Overall, it was actually a fun and painless experience buying a 2013 Dodge Dart.
