Although the dealer (Paul Gonic) was very helpful, I still was not happy with the "fees" associated with the sale. In particular, the lease turn in fee of $350 really pisses me off. I told the manager still was not happy with the "fees" associated with the sale. In particular, the lease turn in fee of $350 really pisses me off. I told the manager of the dealership that if this fee was not removed, I will never purchase a vehicle from Meade again. I was not joking, and I will never buy a car again from Meade. More

I drove my 2009 LS460 from Cleveland to Detroit to purchase a 2010 LS460 CPO, sight unseen. Jodi and I had struck a deal the day before. She was honest, and told me over the phone that the factory c purchase a 2010 LS460 CPO, sight unseen. Jodi and I had struck a deal the day before. She was honest, and told me over the phone that the factory chrome wheels had curb rash not visible in the AutoTrader photos. But the car was almost perfect and we completed the paperwork quickly and I got in my new car and drove back to Cleveland that night, having never even test driven the car or even turned it on. She and the dealership's finance manager were great people to work with. More

Jodi was very professional and got us into a mint condition, low mileage, certified 2011 LS460L at a great price! Being from New York, I was a little nervous about buying a car from almost 700 miles condition, low mileage, certified 2011 LS460L at a great price! Being from New York, I was a little nervous about buying a car from almost 700 miles away. Jodi helped to make everything really easy. She even personally picked us up from the airport. I told Jodi - her picking us up and driving us back to the dealership was one of the best parts of the whole experience. I've never received treatment like this from a car dealer before. For those who are worried about flying to MI and driving the car home... All you need is insurance and a temporary plate (Meade will do all the DMV paperwork for you). I registered the car and got NYS plates the very next day! I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat! Thanks again Jodi and Meade Lexus! More
