My Review of Meade Lexus of Lakeside:
My overall experience with Meade Lexus was good. I think I had a higher expectation of a luxury car dealership than what was given. Perhaps it is different with used car sales. The transaction was nice because everything was ready when we arrived since we were driving five hours away to buy the car.

My Review of Meade Lexus of Lakeside:
We have reoccurring starting problem which took two visits to solve. We had a loaner each time and Lindsay couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I don't know who actually worked on our Lexus 350, but they solved the problem and even road tested it over the weekend for me. Best service department I have ever been to. I have already told several of my friends about the great treatment and quality work. SJ

My Review of Meade Lexus of Lakeside:
I would definitely recommend Meade Lexus. Jodi really helped make everything easy, from looking at a vehicle posted on-line, obtaining information about it and answering my questions. Jodi worked like a true professional and made everything happen including the deal. She coordinated everything and even worked with their finance group to arrange for another great deal. She arranged for transportation from the airport, I arrived at the dealership, the vehicle was all detailed, ready to go, paperwork was all complete, and I was happy. They delivered!! Great follow up even after the deal. My wife and I are very happy. Thanks Jodi and Meade Lexus.

Really bad experience. They give you one price but when you sign documents it's totally different. Stay away fro this dealership or be careful more than I was.

I am very impressed with the high level of quality and friendly service I received at Meade Lexus of Lakeside. Keith Baer was exceptional! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly, patient. He did a great job explaining each document I was signing and did a thorough run through of every detail on the car. He was willing and able to answer every question I had for him; from the details of the two cars I was looking at to the breakdown of pricing; also helping me thing long-term, not just in the moment. Keith has a sales style that is elegant and unique; you leave the dealership feeling like you have a trusted friend in him! Another great quality Keith has is that he checks in and keeps you informed on what’s new on the lot. As long as Keith is at Lexus, I am a Lexus customer!

My Review of Meade Lexus of Lakeside:
I recently decided to purchase a more fuel-efficient vehicle due to rising gas prices. After extensive research, I decided that the 10th generation (2009 and later) Toyota Corolla was the car for me. I prefer buying used rather than new so I did extensive online research to find my next car.

Because I could not find the exact car I wanted in my area I decided to expand my search. As luck would have it, Meade Lexus of Lakeside showed up with the exact car I was looking for - a 2009 Corolla S in Black Sand Pearl with all the upgrades. Their online price was considerably better than my local dealers and it was easy to consider the purchase because I would be in metro Detroit visiting my family for Thanksgiving.

I chatted online with their Internet Sales Manager, Jodi Agbay, to get more details on the car. She helped me through the process to get pre-approved at a great rate and then put me in touch with Charlie Treba to arrange a test drive. My experience at the dealership was exceptional. Everyone was very upbeat and helpful. I didn't feel rushed or pressured at all. I made arrangements to take delivery the following morning to allow them time to get my car prepped. When I got to the dealership, my paperwork was ready to go. It took about 15 minutes to finish the paperwork and my car was waiting for me out front.

My total time in the dealership was about an hour over multiple visits. Everyone at Meade made my car purchase smooth and easy. I will definitely shop them the next time I'm in the market for a car - even after trailering this Corolla 250 miles home!
