Its impossible to reach anyone - I have left multiple voicemails. They have also not got me my new plates yet - and there is no resolution on that front. My car I traded in has still not been paid off (its almost 1 month after) and they are going to ding my credit and now there are late fees. I've left multiple voice-mails, one guy said he would look into and call me back which he didn't. The lady that answers the phone says she does not have anyones email and to call back. This is ridiculous and it should have been paid off!!! More
As someone who generally purchases a new car every one or two years, this is my first complaint. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was assured that everything would be prepared and ready for a smooth tra two years, this is my first complaint. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was assured that everything would be prepared and ready for a smooth transaction. However, this was far from the truth. I ended up spending nearly 2.5 hours waiting, dealing with a rude finance department and an even worse “sales Manager”. I had to leave and the Jeep was going to be delivered. The Jeep had 10 miles on it. The vehicle arrived 4 hours later, despite the fact that I live only 30 miles away. To make matters worse, it had accumulated 68 miles on the odometer. Next the fuel gauge was malfunctioning, unable to reach a full reading. On the third day of ownership, the Jeep broke down, indicating an empty tank, despite previously displaying just under a full reading. Seeking resolution, I promptly contacted my salesman, Terry, expecting assistance and guidance. However, to my disbelief, he suggested that I "find the nearest Jeep dealer" and have the vehicle repaired. Such a response is unacceptable, people buy new cars so they won’t have the used car lot experience. Faced with this behavior, I requested to return the vehicle within the legal window of 7 days, as guaranteed by Texas law. Astonishingly, the “sales manager” Brenden, stated that I now "own" the vehicle and the only option would be to trade it in. This is just a few days after purchase. Today I brought the Jeep into the service department, hoping for some semblance of resolution. While they acknowledged the presence of a problem, and Rami was great to work with, and after a week, Rami did find me a loaner vehicle. My experience with Rami has been 5 star. I raised my concerns to the GM, including sharing a text message where the sales managers “laughed” when I requested the missing paperwork for the vehicle when it was delivered. Sending me laughing emojis.Nothing like the corner used lot treatment when purchasing a new vehicle. Every new vehicle I have purchased came with assistance setting up everything like Wi-Fi, SiriusXM trial and a basic overview of the tech features. This was not provided by Meador. As a customer who frequently purchases new vehicles, this is a first for me. Typically, dealerships bend over backward to provide excellent customer service, going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for Meador Dodge Chrysler Jeep. It is abundantly clear that this dealership does not value local business or make any effort to provide even a basic level of service. More
Don was amazing I got the car I REALLY wanted and he made it easier. I put our time was average because Don did so much to help us and getting a car is never going to be “easy” he did the best and I drove of it easier.
