Great experience overall. We drove in from out of town, did not want to make multiple trips. Will sent us on several test drives. The purchase was smooth, Will was helpful and patient. Was told I needed new rear brake pads at previous service. Scheduled my appt., dropped off vehicle, 3 hrs later after no call or text returned to dealer to be told I didn't need new brake pads. No re service. Scheduled my appt., dropped off vehicle, 3 hrs later after no call or text returned to dealer to be told I didn't need new brake pads. No reason was give as to why they kept my car so long, no apology was given, they acted like it was no big deal that they wasted 3 hrs of my time. More
