My Review Of Med Center Mazda:
My experience with Matt and Med-Center Mazda was wonderful. From my first inquiry Matt was responsive, thorough and upfront about every detail. He truly understands today's buying climate and is very comfortable with the negotiating process. During our interaction, I was in contact with at least four other dealerships - NONE of them offered the service provided by Matt. I never felt he was trying to hide any details, oversell, or pressure us to buy something we didn't need or want. He answered every question and provided every detail that I requested. We bought our car at a time of year when most dealers are trying to sell off their previous year models. The 2013 model/trim I wanted was no longer available at Med Center Mazda. Instead of trying to upsell us a 2014 from his lot, Matt researched and FOUND exactly what I wanted at a dealership in Tennessee and arranged for its delivery free of charge. More importantly, he STILL met our very competitive OTD price and provided the extended 100,000 power train warranty that is provided from Med Center Mazda. On the day of the actual sale we arrived from the Auburn/Opelika area to find a staff of friendly people at the end of a long work day - it was 8pm! Matt had the car detailed (thanks for the great job, Wayne!) and while my husband was signing the paperwork, Will took me for a test drive to explain the car's features and fill the tank. We were home with our new car by 10:45 p.m. There is quite literally NOTHING more that could be asked from a dealership experience. Total ease with negotiations, a great deal on a fabulous car and FLAWLESS service.
