Definitely the best experience I've had spending money. These guys are wonderful. When I need another car I will go back . My daughter was bored and the salesman Bobby let her play with the cars he had on display.

We recently purchased our 2010 Toyota from this dealership and we love it! When they said to make ourselves at home,,they meant it. The atmosphere is very relaxing and most welcoming. Absolutely NO pressure sales tactics at this place from our sales rep "Brian" nor from the manager (sorry forgot name), and everything on contract was explained in detail for our full understanding and acceptance. We went to Med Center Mazda not only for this particular car but also because their "customer comments" online were so very positive and I wanted to add our great purchase experience with them. I can be a hard person to deal with most of the time. The staff at Med Center Mazda went out of there way to make my car buying experience trouble free. No hassle or pressure just great service. They took the time to explain and show me everything about my new car. These guy even let me use a car to go grab a bite for lunch. I would never expected such great service. I felt great when I left the lot with my new 2012 Mazda 3. No wondering or worrying about making the right choice. I knew, I had. I can not thank them enough for their hard work getting me in my car and putting up with me for a few hours.

We bought a car here that did not say anything about being repainted. Now the clear coat is peeling off. No one will return my calls about this issue. Our salesman Norman church was unprofessional. Also we had a free oil change I made an appointment waited for over an hour and the oil did not get changed.

My wife and I were interested in buying a used black 2011 Hyundai Sonata. After searching through Carmax for a few weeks, this proved to be a difficult task. I had only seen six (at the most on there) since I began looking. They were all in a small price range, excluding the transfer fee.
I finally started searching AutoTrader.com, where I found a used black 2011 Hyundai Sonata at Med Center Mazda, at a price highly competitive with Carmax's (pre-transfer fee) prices. I went to the dealership, expecting to be persuaded into buying something I didn't want. Instead, Dennis took the time to find out what I was looking for in a vehicle. He weighed the pros and cons of each used vehicle on the lot. He definitely knew his cars, and he was very passionate about them. Success is when preparation meets opportunity, and he was unbelievably prepared for this opportunity.
Dennis and Med Center Mazda beat ALL of the competitors' prices-advertised and verbal. They even got it financed at a rate that matched a local credit union! Not only did they work with me to make the price (more than) fair for me, they also addressed all of my concerns. One of the rear tires was a little worn. We agreed for them to replace the rear tires. Instead, they replaced ALL FOUR TIRES. That perfectly illustrates the extent they went to earn my business and to provide the best customer service.
I am thankful that the vehicle I wanted was on this dealership's lot. If I wasn't treated as incredibly as I was (including the price), I might have kept my old car. Assuming they keep great people like Dennis and continue their committment to customer service, Med Center Mazda will be my first stop for every vehicle in the future--whether it's a brand new Mazda or another pre-owned vehicle.

I found the car I was looking for on Craigslist at Med Center Mazda. After talking with Matt on the phone, a good deal turned into a great deal. Dennis showed me around the car and was very professional and courteous. I can honestly say that this was the best experience with a dealership I have had. I drove nearly 4 hours to get there and it was well worth the drive! A+

Yesterday I purchased my second MX-5 within two weeks. Both times, I dealt with Matt and Bobby. Both of these gentlemen were kind, professional and a joy to be around. While shopping around for the right price, I stumbled across this website and read excellent reviews from other customers. I decided to give Matt a call with my needs to see if he could help. Within an hour he phoned me back with what I needed to hear so I drove over 100 miles to make my first purchase. Within the first week, my wife was so impressed that she, too, wanted an MX-5, but she wanted the very rare and coveted Special Edition. I had already been told by other dealers that they were no longer available, so I decided to give Matt a chance to find one. Again, within 5 hours, he called me to tell me one had been located for me. Of course, we made another trip to Pelham for our second purchase. I do not know how he does it, but he does.

Matt tag teamed with Bobby Blooomston to completely satisfy our needs. Bobby is a delightful, seasoned salesman who knows how to make you feel like a king. He has a sincere interest in making sure his customers are well taken care of. He called me the day after the sale just to see if everything was good. Med Center has a quality employee with Bobby.

I met several other sales people as well as the service department personel and was equally impressed with everyone there. I believe anyone of the sales or service people would be just as responsive as Bobby and Matt.

I have purchased many automobiles in my life but I must say that the past two weeks have been the most pleasant experience of all. I highly recommend Med Center Mazda, will tell my friends about them and will continue to be one of their customers in the future.

We went to Med Center Mazda to check out a used car for our son who is about to go off to college. Matt Clarkson helped us determine which car would suit our son the best, and spent several hours with us to make sure all our questions were fully answered and that we got the car we really wanted. He showed us in great detail how the keyless entry, convertible top, and Bose sound system worked. You could tell Matt loves and believes in his product by his genuine helpfulness and enthusiasm. We all love the car Matt helped us with, a Mazda Miata Hardtop grand touring convertible. I have never gotten the kind of service at a car dealership Matt provided us with, and his expertise and patience made me glad we were lucky enough to work with him!

Just received a new 2010 Mazda Miata. I did the sale entirely by internet and perhaps two phone calls. My salesman was Matt Clkarkson. The entire experience was excellent. He ordered the car I desired , kept me up to date by emails and concluded the sale in a unrushed lesiurely manner. All questions answered and was a no problem transaction. I would highly reccomnend this dealer and especially this young man for any car deal you might need.
