My husband and I had such a great experience! Billy was friendly and answered all of our questions. We did not once feel pressured to purchase a car or to pay for upgrades that were not right for us. He was also very personable making our car buying experience very relaxed and fun. I felt some what rushed through the financial portion of things but this was likely because the dealership was closing. In hindsight I would have come in earlier in the day so that I had the time to read more thoroughly over the documentation prior to signing things. But we did feel the documentation was summarized well. More
