The process of getting to where I wanted was seamless. I would buy again from Med Center Mazda. I would also like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Rubin who introduced me to the Mazda Miata. Once I drove it, there was nothing like it in its price range. Big thank you for making everything possible for helping me to get to the price I want for the car I want. I will 100% purchase from here in the future when I get tired of the Miata..... Or maybe when we need a new car. :-) Thanks again! More

Made our car buying experience great! Dakota was an awesome salesman for us! We went in just looking and shopping around to see what we wanted to buy. We told him we weren't ready to make Dakota was an awesome salesman for us! We went in just looking and shopping around to see what we wanted to buy. We told him we weren't ready to make a decision yet and he respected that and did not call us everyday. We told him to wait about 2 months and he respected that, which meant a lot. We cam back about a month later and decided to buy the Mazda CX-5. We texted him earlier that day and told him we decided on that one and he had all the paperwork ready when we got there that afternoon. We test drove one more time that afternoon and noticed the tires were shaking, we came back and told him that and he said he would get us new tires on the car. The tire people had already left for the day so we got to come back the next day and get new tires and he filled our car up for us since we live about a hour away. Adam was awesome to do paperwork super nice and helpful also. Dakota was so good about making sure we understood everything about the car before we left. The next day Matt and Fred talked to us about the car while we were getting the new tires and were also so helpful and gave us tips about the new technology. Med center Mazda was a great experience thus far. I highly recommend them! More

Still pretty great Don’t like the new waiting area. The old one was much better, closed in, conducive to conversation with strangers. I have actually made friends there that I Keep in touch with. The new one, too open, too big, too .??i liked the vending machines in the old one. I am diabetic and now you only have one diet choice, Coke Zero which tastes like CRAP, especially out of a can. Really? I don’t drink canned drinks at all. Nasty. Get a machine back in there with bottles and choices. Also more choices for snacks too. I don’t mind paying. TV too wide open too. Feel like if you turn it loud enough to hear you are disturbing the whole place. Just didn’t like the new waiting area at all. Don’t like the chairs either. Is there any way you can put it back smaller and with the old chairs. Any way, the only good part is having the WIFI, that is great and perfect. Don’t ever take that away. The only other thing is I didn’t like the call me to ask if I wanted to do an extra needed service on my car. The guy called. I was talking to one of your salesmen and didn’t recognize the number so didn’t answer. Just happened to check the voicemail. Sometimes I don’t do that for hours. I am right there. Only a few feet. Walk out there and find me and ask me what I want to do like you used to. That really was stupid. I didn’t check my voice mail till nearly 30 min after he left the message, and I did want the extra repair done, but that prob added 30-40 minutes to my stay.for not knowing quicker. Get off your duff and go find your customers, don’t call me on my cell phone. overall I love Mazda and the service. I like that you make appointments and keep on time with them. In my opinion y’all had it durn near perfect and changed it. Quit trying to make everything “elegant” and just let it be warm and friendly. Same with the cars. I hate the new CX5. Had thought I might get another but it looks too plain like a box since you took the swoop out of the side and made it a little longer I think. Or maybe it just looks that way with no cute, sporty swoop. And the inside is ugly too. I liked the big easier to get to buttons for hvacsystem, now it looks like a radio. The screen is too high sticking up in the middle and those pointed end air vents with chrome around are atrocious. Lol. Won’t be buying one of these ugly “elegant” things. Again you had something great should have left it alone, maybe just get a few new colors or so. Shouldn’t have changed the style More
Not great Usually we have no problems with services here. This time wasn't as great. My wife brought my car there to have it serviced while I was at work. The man asked her if she was dropping it off or if she was going to wait. She said she was going to wait. I was not there. I was at work. When I went to lunch at 10:30, I had a voicemail, a text and an email from y'all. The text and the email said there were things that needed my approval. The voicemail said I needed a new battery and a new air filter. I called my wife and asked her about it and she said that nobody had said anything to her about it. So, I'm not sure how y'all decide when a battery needs to be replaced, but I haven't had any problem with it. As far as the filter goes, y'all used to bring it out and show it to the person, but again, y'all didn't say anything to my wife. After I talked to my wife, she went up and asked how much longer it was going to be and the man said it was ready, but he didn't tell her how long it had been ready. He never even came and told her that it was ready. Again, we usually have good experiences, but this one is definitely the worst. She said the people were friendly, so no problems there. More
