Honestly, I've never been to a dealership service department where no one comes out to help you. Every other service department has someone that actually comes out to introduce themselves and ask how department where no one comes out to help you. I walked into the office and had to go up to somebody. One guy was just snacking on a bag of chips. I know you guys are extremely busy and it is unpredictable how long some things take. I was there for something extremely simple. I had an appointment at 9 and car sat in service line for 30 minutes. More
