In looking for a used Porsche Boxster, I visited Med way Imports to look at one offered. Though I did not ultimately buy my new toy there, I met Barry who gave me his time and experience and made me more co Imports to look at one offered. When it came time to needing some work done, I felt comfortable in going back to Medway Imports. Barry became my service psychiatrist and gave reassurance that such things happen and the problem was diagnosed and repaired. He charged the same labor rate as our local mechanic who regularly works on the Honda, $95/hr. instead of whatever the Porsche dealers charge. I will certainly bring my Boxster back to Medway Imports when it next needs work. Until then, thanks Barry. More

A number of places had been recommended by friends and neighbors, but when I read the online reviews, I was turned off by the experiences others had reported. As I was going through my file of receipts for past work done on the car, I came across a flyer from Medway Imports that had been filed away. So . . . I decided to check it out online. WOW! It was hard to believe all the incredibly positive things I was reading about Barry and Medway Imports. Intrigued and hopeful, I made an appointment to get some work done. I just got back from picking up the car and I can only say that Barry deserves all the accolades he has received. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest and fair. I had very high expectations going in. It's our first really nice car and we take great care of it and wanted someone we could trust with service. Talked to Barry via email and phone and he was eager to get us in for our 80,000 mile service. He was proud of his shop and the comments he's garnered on this site and YELP. We met, he gave me the tour of the shop, and I saw all super nice cars there! There was a Rover on the lift and an Audi next to it. My car was those car's poor cousin! :) He took the keys, called me with an estimate, and then called me when completed. We went to pick the car up and he gave my wife the tour of the shop as well. You can really sense the pride he has in his work and his shop and the people who work for him. We talked a bit about his kids, cars, kitchen stoves- you name it! We're due for a timing belt change and Barry ahd gone ahead and bought the parts already- including a new water pump with a metal impeller. I had read on various VW Passat forums that the metal impeller is a must have and I was very impressed that with Barry there was no question, no discussion- that's what's going in there. It was a great experience, I trust his work, and I'll be back soon for the timing belt, and then whatever else needs to be done. i don't wish for car trouble, but when it does happen, I'm glad to know I found Barry to entrust with my repair needs! I have gone to Medway Imports a number of times now and have been very, very happy with their work, their help and the very fair charges they made. They performed a 7500 mile service on my S60R Volvo as w have been very, very happy with their work, their help and the very fair charges they made. They performed a 7500 mile service on my S60R Volvo as well as replacing the end links to the sway bars. They also inspected my S70T5 Volvo that my daughter is taking to move to TX. I am very comfortable that "her" car is good to go on this long trip even with its high millage given what they did and what they told me. I definitely recommend them. More

I brought my 2001.5 VW Passat to Medway Imports for new tires and to inspect the cause of a noise coming from the front of the car. Barry explained the issues and clearly explained what needed to be fixed immediately and what could wait. In the end I got it all taken care of. All work was done to my satisfaction. I felt that Barry was very straight forward, honest and competitively priced. The only regret that I have is that I didn't find Medway Imports sooner. More
