I took my Mercedes to Barry at Medway Imports for an overall Certified Vehicle Inspection where the mechanics did a thorough inspection of my prospective buy and returned to me a list of what work needed to be done. Furthermore, Barry, the owner himself, sat down with me and prioritized what work needed to be done immediately as opposed to further down the road. His honest, professional opinion was highly appreciated. Most recently, the Mercedes needed a new catalytic converter and an oil change with which I trusted Barry to take care of. The work was done on time and I am no longer bothered by the constant rattling noise which has gotten progressively worse over the past few days. A job well done with a total invoice quoted even less than was first projected! Medway Imports went the extra mile and topped off courteous service with a complimentary car wash after the job was done. I brought my Saab 9-5 there because it wouldn't start. Four days later it was misdiagnosed, and "allowed" to run by removing the radio fuse. I was left with a car that wouldn't idle, with no radio, and no cruise control. It turns out the vehicle had a defective throttle body which was in limp home mode. Replacing the throttle body fixed everything. These guys may be good used car dealers but they don't know the first thing about repairing Saabs. I paid $900 and didn't get my problem fixed. More
