I bought my Audi A6 from Barry in August 07. I have been back for routine service and troubleshooting several times. My experience has been terrific. When I bought I was treated very well. Never having owned an Audi, I was instructed well on several key points. Being a small dealer I thought, “I am going to be noticed here.” True! It has been the best move I have ever made for buying and servicing a car! I actually look forward to buying my next car at Medway Imports. Barry Roth and his guys (clearly Barry's touch is felt down through this organization) care about their customers' needs, their cars, and their reputation. When I went to other service stations for service on the Audi (because they were within walking distance), I thought I had done ok, but it turned out that the other mechanics missed items in all cases. I went to Medway on a recommendation, to have body work and other repairs done on my Mitsubishi. They were incredibly easy to deal with, ordered the parts right away and kept up great communication with m and other repairs done on my Mitsubishi. When I picked up my car, the quality of work was top-notch and the value was excellent. They gave me discount after discount and fixed numerous things free of charge (oil change, wipers, new wire harness, etc...). Fantastic experience and because my clutch is about to wear out, I will be going back to them for more work. Highly, highly recommended! More

Medway Imports pride themselves on doing the job right, charging a fiar price and giving the best service. In today's market with offerings of so many cheap poor quality replacement parts from China, it is critical that your repair shp has pride in what they do. Believe me, maintenance on a low mileage car is very important. Plastic, fluids, brakes, battery need maintenace from little use. Thank you for the pleasure of keeping my older Mercedes convertible, and my great sedan. If I relied on the dealer who pays a commission to a "servie advisor" on what he charges this would not be possible. Yes, that is how new car dealers work; their service advisors are paid a commission for what they sell you, they have never held a wrench in their hand. Their advice depends on their own financial needs in most cases. More

I have a 2002 Audi A4 that needed some work on the exhaust as well as a leak from the front of the car. Overall my experience was great from start to finish. Barry and his team were always able to be reached and kept me in the loop on the progress of my car. The thing I liked best about my experience was that I didn't feel like I was dealing with a sleezy car dealer/mechanic who tries to screw customers and make a quick buck. Barry and his team definately made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them and I will be taking it there for any other repairs down the road. I will also be recommending his work to friends and family. More
