Clean waiting room, knowledgable staff, ridiculously high quote for loosening 2 bolts, swapping out a thermostat, topping off the fluid and tightening the bolts. 6-12 minutes tops. I can get my tires rotated for free at Robertsons. More

I had an oil change and tire rotation done. The next day I went to Robertson’s to get my tires balanced (didn’t know that was a seperate charge, no one at Melton’s said anything). Couldn’t get tires balanced because the tire was boughed on the tread very obvious from picture. Melton’s should have told me about the tire. Very disappointed. More
