The finance guy was great, our sales person wasn’t very personable. Our breaks were messed up and we had to bring it back 3 days after purchase, 13 days after purchase my transmission went out. I brought my 2015 Jeep grand Cherokee in for overheating. They tested it on Friday and Saturday, topped it off with coolant and gave me a great rental car during down days - but after testing said that the They tested it on Friday and Saturday, topped it off with coolant and gave me a great rental car during down days - but after testing said that the car was simply just low on coolant… after expressing my concerns of a potential leak they tested it again and reassured no issues other than just low on coolant. I drove it home and the next day, and again - It is leaking coolant. While I greatly appreciate their efforts, The original issue was not fixed. Customer service was great. Communication was great and accommodation was great, but the main issue was to fix my car and unfortunately that just was not done. More
