​Sales was not engaging at all and had a "couldn't care less attitude". Such a turn off! Called in for seeing the probability of coming in for service, the car alerted me that A Service is due. It was Sunday a little after !1am. The phone rang and rang and rang. No where on the dealership website says this. In fact the talk about Express Ervice getting you in and out! Not once did she even offer to assist in scheduling a future appointment. What happened to manners? What happened to customer service? What happened to taking hold of a situation and solving it? This is a brand named dealership with a brand named product. However, world class customer service is lacking and terrible. Impossible to even speak with anyone there. I find this appalling am rather disappointed. More

Had the BEST experience here yesterday! Came in to drop off my baby for new tires. Sat down with RHUDY BOTBOL who discovered my appointment wasn't in the system for some reason.
