I have been going to MB of Alexandria since 2006 where I purchased my car. Patrick greeted me with a at home like feeling. He was so patient and courteous. He took his time in explaining things to me. Also he was very knowledgeable in explaining things about my car after it was serviced and repaired. I liked how he breaks it down in writing of what needs to be done in the future and what to to look out for before the repair is needed. He helped me in deciding safety first items that need repairing first then to take care of others repairs later.
