Great Service! I came in on a Saturday morning expecting to sit in the maintenance lounge for several hours. I had many luxury vehicles in the past from Lexus to BMW, but owning my first MB, I am excited to say that #Alexandria MB service center wowed me every time!!!! I would never take a time to write reviews about someone but Jack Lindeman is the definition of excellent customer service. I was able to communicate better, faster, and more efficient. He takes care of my vehicle every time I am in and he treats customers like family. I am great-full for this center and for Jack Lindeman for his excellent client service. I would give Jack 15 out of 10! More

Before long, David came to me and said he worked out a loaner for me. That was awesome and I was able to make my meeting. He did not have to do it, but he did. MB of Alexandria must keep him.
