MB Service December 2016 Outstanding professional service was provided while servicing my E350 Automatic for routine maintance and State Safety inspection. They Exceed expectations!! I was taking my Mercedes to the dealer that sold me the car. I was having a sensor notification come on repeatedly but they were not able to accuratel I was taking my Mercedes to the dealer that sold me the car. I was having a sensor notification come on repeatedly but they were not able to accurately resolve. Kinda downplayed the importance of the matter indicating basically I "could" live with the issue. Took my car to Mercedes Benz of Alexandria and unlike the other dealer they were persistent and thorough in troubleshooting and able to resolve the issue. Service writer (Malike) and entire service department team are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend. More
