Honest and thoughtful service I came in with a flat tire. Cesar noticed my Virginia sticker had expired and took care of that as well. Love that it is no charge for a renewal. Service Review I am happy to add my review regarding the EXCELLENT service I received from Xavier. Originally, he was not my service advisor, but I requested him so I am happy to add my review regarding the EXCELLENT service I received from Xavier. Originally, he was not my service advisor, but I requested him solely based on his excellent customer service and ability to address service needs. Whenever I visit the service center, he greets me with a smile. He permeates "customer care" because his commitment and dedication are real. In addition, he takes the time to clearly explain maintenance requirements and ensure I understand what needs to be done to keep my vehicle safe. He is the same all the time. Recently, there was a delay in ordering a part for my 2017 GLS 550, due to no fault of his own, he apologized and immediately reordered the part. Once the part, was reordered he contacted me to let me know it was ordered and an expected delivery date. I have been a customer of Mercedes Benz of Alexandria for more than seven years, the reason I stay is because of people like Xavier. Thank you Xavier and to the entire team. You guys are the best!
