Always AMAZING service!!! I just wanted to review our service advisor Alex. He is the BEST!!! Caught a flat tire over the weekend late-night (have run-flats but I must have hit I just wanted to review our service advisor Alex. He is the BEST!!! Caught a flat tire over the weekend late-night (have run-flats but I must have hit a pothole) and called MB to have it towed to Annapolis and Alex was Johnny on the spot with ordering the tire and having our car repaired by the end of the day. We appreciate him so much!! Best Advisor EVER!!! More

Excellent buying experience Wayne D and the General Manager were very easy to work with. They made the buying process easy with and we spent little of our time in the effort. The Wayne D and the General Manager were very easy to work with. They made the buying process easy with and we spent little of our time in the effort. The General Manager did a great job of explaining all of the Finance options, whether financing from the dealership or providing our own. Wayne delivered the car to our home and we signed all of the paperwork there. Great experience. More
