I recently purchased a 2009 Mercedes E350 from Rusnak Mercedes in Arcadia. My experience was excellent, largely because of the efforts of Simon Nazarian, the sales associate who negotiated the sale. First, he negotiated the sale with me on his day off. Second, he came into the dealership early to close the deal. Third, he drove the car himself from Arcadia to West LA to deliver it to my office. Fourth, he took the time to download my phonebook into the car and to give me a tutorial on the various features. And fifth, he adamantly refused to take a tip of any kind for his extraordinary service. If anyone is looking to buy a Mercedes, they won't find a more attentive sales associate than Simon Nazarian at Rusnak Arcadia. More

He provided excellent customer services for an internet sales even before I stepped into the dealership and gave me a great deal. He went out of his way to locate the vehicle for me as the dealership didn't have it in stock. Joanna was quick with the finance and we were done in a short time with all the paperworks. Our appointment was at 1pm and was expecting to be out in about 90 min; we were there til 5:30pm. The car came into the dealership at 11am and I guess they had a lot of customers that day so they didn't get to my car to have it detailed right away which is understandable on a Saturday. By the time they were done, Andrei went through the car features and functions with me. Because of the time constraint and understaffing that day, Huy offered to redetailed my car next time I bring it back in. They really go out of their way to provide complete customer satisfaction. They had advertised a car on the AutoTrader, but had no photos. I emailed the dealership and Sylvia responded quickly with 10 or 12 photos of the car. I live 100 miles away, and tried several times to visit only to have to cancel. When I finally did visit, Kit was gracious and helpful. I went in to talk to Willy, shared my concerns, and left without purchasing the car. There was NO pressure, just a pleasant conversation. Kit kept in touch via email and phone, and 4 days later Willy and I agreed to a price over the phone. I said I would be there the next day with a check to get the car. Willy had it pulled from the sales lot, detailed, the tank filled, and waiting in the delivery area when I arrived the next day. I hadnt even given them a dollar yet. Ken was thorough and friendly, and we got the necessary paperwork done quickly. The whole process was exceptional. I've had more painful dealership experiences in my own neighborhood, and I would happily drive 100 miles to deal with these folks again. More

The experience was great, I was looking for a great car with relatively low mileage and great value for use as a daily driver. The Sales and finance team at Rusnak Mercedes Arcadia was instrumental in finding the perfect car for us. This is why I have awarded the dealership with such a great rating. Considering that our transaction was complicated to begin with because we were trading in two older high-end luxury vehicles to use towards the payment of the CPO S550 we would be purchasing, the team was very helpful, informative, and patient at every step of the way. We got exceptional value for our trade-ins and a great deal on a great Certified Pre-owned Mercedes Benz. This speaks to the quality of this auto-groups procurement and inventory practices; they take pride in carrying only well kept vehicles. In the finance department, both Sylvia Ward and Joanna Granillo were great at getting us set up with the extended warranty we would ideally want for the vehicle as well. Overall the team members mentioned were courteous and respectful which we appreciate very much every time we visit. Mike Marsh, Rusnak Arcadia's Service Manager was once again very helpful and professional when giving us his diagnosis of the vehicle and a bit of background on that particular model year and chassis. Mike has been our family's trusted service and technical advisor since the early 90's (always at Rusnak Mercedes). He leads a team of skilled service advisors that treat you right and are honest and dedicated to their jobs...no funny business and no attitudes...every service visit is pleasant and actually enjoyable. My fiance was interested in the new C63 AMG black on black. He called and made an appointment to come see the car with Winnie of Rusnak Mercedes in Arcadia on Sunday 1/18/09. The night before we went black. He called and made an appointment to come see the car with Winnie of Rusnak Mercedes in Arcadia on Sunday 1/18/09. The night before we went to a Mercedes dealer in Glendale who also got a brand new just arrived C63 AMG black on black with all the options my fiance wanted. The MSRP for this was $70,760 (or something like that). The dealer offered to sell to us for $70K even. When we went to see the C63 AMG at Rusnak, we saw an unusual sticker next to the MSRP Sticker. It was called "Dealer Adjustment" and added $20K to the sticker price. When asked what that was all about, Little John (whom Winnie had asked to help us even though we got an appointment with her) said it was because the car was a limited production with only 1500 of them planned for production in 2009, it was in such high demand, they had to add $20K to the sticker price. When my fiance who had done a lot of research on this car told him no one was paying above MSRP for this car, Little John snobbishly said, "Then yous hould buy it from that dealer." When we said ok, then Little John said "what if we could sell it to you for MSRP?" My fiance informed him we already got a below MSRP offer from another dealer that got the exact car he wanted, and it was brand new from the dock. My fiance then asked if Winnie put that "dealer adjustment" sticker on that car just for him since she knew he was coming to see the car? Little John said no, it was there from day 1. However, I looked at the other AMGs on the lot, and no other cars had an adjustment sticker attached next to the sticker price. Also, my fiance further researched the internet on the C63 AMG and found Little John completely lied about the limited production of this car. It is not a limited production whatsoever. The whole experience left us a sour taste in our mouth that Rusnak Mercedes was stooping that low. They completely lost our trust and business. My fiance was ready to make a deal should he feel he was getting a fair deal. In this economy, where a luxury item is a buyer's market, I was surprised that Little John's attitude was exactly why car salesmen have such a bad reputation. His appearance was unkempt. His suit was hanging drunkenly around him. He looked very sleazy. So I guess his attitude was of no big surprise to us. More
