The staff seems to really care about you at Motor Werks. This is my second car (a Porsche) from them. The first (an Infiniti) I had for many years and had them service it the entire time. I have always been pleased with the friendliness and competence of service at Motor Werks. Bob Poduch in particular has always been exceptional. My only concern has always been the cost. I'm not oppo competence of service at Motor Werks. Bob Poduch in particular has always been exceptional. My only concern has always been the cost. I'm not opposed to paying a slight premium for dealer service but at times the charges are offensively high (eg: $900 to repair a burnt out xenon head light - one). At some point when the charges become double or more what a reputable independent shop would charge, Motor Werks will lose (or already has lost) business which is sad because I love the company. More
