Purchased brand new Mercedes Benz AMG E63. After 48 days, I still do not have my manuals, no Tele-Aid activated (Like OnStar system), no warranty guide, no follow up, missing factory literature that came with the vehicle. I still do not know how to use navigation system to the fullest. After 10+ calls, multiple visits to the dealership, they seem to not care much nor take charges to take care of the issue. This is a typical dealership service where they do everything to sell your car and once you take the car out of the dealership, you are no longer valuable to them. I do not recommend Motor Werks, Barrington IL. I will be staying away from this place as long as I can. More
