Switched my services Beaverton Was so frustrated w/ Mercedes of Portland, I decided to go to Mercedes of Beaverton( even tho they are not as convenient as Portland. Yes I know they are both owned by Lithia) Bought a used Mercedes and now have both cars serviced with Rob Temple. He is always prompt, polite, and honest. He is a pleasure to work with!! More
Surprises I was told that the service would take 3 hours and that a loaner car would be available for me to use. The loaner car was not available but I did get I was told that the service would take 3 hours and that a loaner car would be available for me to use. The loaner car was not available but I did get a ride to and from another appointment I had. Since the service only ended up being 1.5 hours, it ended up being ok to not have the loaner car. Had the service needed to be longer, I would have been very disappointed since I had several errands I needed to accomplish during that time. The price for labor, over $300 for 90 minutes, was more than double the highest range of $110-140 from a reputable quoted application. I think that the labor cost was excessive and very out of line with the industry, possibly even for Mercedes. I did not agree that the range was non-Mercedes quotes are adjusted for this area and make for "Mercedes-Benz C300 Maintenance Service B in Portland, OR". More
Exterior Paint,Fabric Protection,Interior Vinyl Leather I thought the men that did the 4 jobs on our new M-Class 350 were very through cleaning masking adding the paint sealant, Fabric protection, interior I thought the men that did the 4 jobs on our new M-Class 350 were very through cleaning masking adding the paint sealant, Fabric protection, interior Vinyl/Leather protection did a very professional job and that added the Clearmask; I had to look very hard to tell that it was even their. I couldn't smell anything after it was done and amazed how clean the whole car was when the wife picked it up. I would recommend anyone to do a better job than the men at Beaverton Mercedes-Benz. I have owned 24 new cars in my lifetime and my experience with Beaverton Mercedes sales people and service employees, including the parts department, has by far been my favorite of all the dealerships I have done business with. When I arrive at the Beaverton dealership I am treated in such a manner that makes me feel like I am the Sultan of Brunei and all of the people under my power are trying to make me happy. Honest Person Rob Temple, Few weeks ago i went to have my tires checked at the local tire store where i purchased them, while i was there i was told my tires pre Rob Temple, Few weeks ago i went to have my tires checked at the local tire store where i purchased them, while i was there i was told my tires pressure sensor is bad and i need to replace them, when i asked how much they are, the service advisor said around $100 for each,for all 4 little over $400, and he said they will be able to do the job in 2 hrs, i went out side the store and called Rob and told him about my problem, Rob said bring the car here and we will reset it for you, the sensor for this car it should be fine, you do not need to replace them, within few hrs i went down to Mercedes Benz of Beaverton happened to be Rob was out on lunch, but one of the service advisor helped me within few minutes at no cost at all Guy like Rob will keep bringing customers to Mercedes Benz of Beaverton using his honesty advising. I will always recommend Rob and Mercedes- Benz of Beaverton to anyone including friends and family. Thank you Rob More
