A dealership is only as good as it's people. That said, my wife and I met with Robert McGuire to look at, and ultimately purchase, a pre-owned 2015 Lexus RX 350. Frankly, the vehicle was beautiful and s my wife and I met with Robert McGuire to look at, and ultimately purchase, a pre-owned 2015 Lexus RX 350. Frankly, the vehicle was beautiful and sold itself, but Bob's follow-up was World Class. There were a couple of scrapes on the front bumper and he immediately spoke to his repair people. They repaired the damage in about an hour and our “new” car looked perfect. Last, but not least, Bob arranged to have our Lexus delivered to our home. We live 2.5 hours away in Mooresville, NC so this was a big deal to us. For the record, Bob was proactive on both the repairs and the home delivery. So, yes, Mercedes-Benz of Cary is a World Class dealership because of people like Bob McGuire. More
