I have been looking for a used car for a while that would be realiable with low miles but for a low price. The Chantilly dealership is located in a nice and new area. It is clean and welcoming. The salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. He explained the specifics and numbers well. This message is to bring to your attention the lack of expertise and quality at the service department. I have a 2009 S550 in need of a mechanical reset of the headrest. My advisor, Shane Comegys, insisted that this was a problem I needed to take to the body shop. As a retired mechanic of 30 years, this was clearly a simple matter of reseting a device. To my great dissapointment, not only the advisor, but a salesperson and a mechanic did not properly assist me on this matter. This has confirmed my decision to take my service needs elsewhere and to inform others of my poor experience. More

This dealership is in a great location ,no traffic lots of parking. The showroom is new as is the dealership. The entire staff was well informed and very friendly. Throughout the many car buying experiences I have had, my most recent experience at MB of Chantilly was by far the most refreshing. Ms. Chung was not only professional and pleasant to deal with, she asked s most recent experience at MB of Chantilly was by far the most refreshing. Ms. Chung was not only professional and pleasant to deal with, she asked several pointed questions and anticipated several of my resulting actions and questions - which helped the process flow efficiently and quickly. I was not prepared to make an immediate decision and she respected my time. This allowed me to collect my thoughts and come back the same day with questions that she immediately answered and we were able to get to a workable price and I returned to the dealership to close the deal that afternoon. When I arrived back to the dealership, all of the paperwork was initiated, the finance paprework was prepared and ready to finalize. I then sat with Mr. Ahsan who methodically and effeciently moved through the various optional coverages and closing paperwork. I have purchased three vehicles from MB of Tyson's which closing processes took considerable time and were extremely inefficient - and exasperating to me as the customer. This purchase with Ms. Chung was, by far, one of the most efficient and pleasurable car buying experiences for me - and I do attribute that to dealing with people that are knowledgable and really seem to enjoy what they are doing.
