Service Manager (Adam) was outstanding. Brought my wife’s car in for service and everything well very smoothly during drop off, while I waited around, and when everything was wrapped up. 1. I was told I would receive a call about the recommended service. No call. Contacted them at 3pm 2. Received a text at 3:40 stating my car was ready for pickup. Drove 25 minutes to dealership recommended service. No call. Contacted them at 3pm 2. Received a text at 3:40 stating my car was ready for pickup. The transmission kept failing despite multiple visits to the service center. Eventually, they replaced it, but even after that, the vehicle broke down twice on the road. After sharing my honest experience with a 1-star review on Google, the service manager told me that unless I remove the review, they would no longer provide service to me. My answer is clear: No, I will not remove it. I never expected this kind of treatment from a brand like Mercedes. I’ve decided to sell the vehicle and switch to a different brand. The entire experience has been truly unbelievable. More
