We met Shane when we first started test driving GL's, among other brand vehicles. Shane was friendly, convincing without being pushy, informative, and a great adviser, rather than a sales person. After settling on the exact type of vehicle, we decided to work with another MB dealership, simply because they are close to our home. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare and will be the subject of another dealership review. Since this vehicle is a company car, we worked with our fleet management company who, by pure coincidence called Shane to work through the purchase. Shane, in short order found the exact vehicle we wanted and had it delivered in a few days. The purchase process was about as easy and as pleasant as it could ever be. During the delivery of the car, Shane took about 1 1/2 hours to explain every detail of the car's operation, introduced us to the service department and made us feel incredibly welcome. There is no doubt in my mind that we will have this car serviced at MB of Cincinnati (switching from MB West Chester), purchase our next vehicle from MB of Cincinnati, and place our first call to Shane when it is time to do so. Both Zach Glutz and Charlene Salyers have exceeded our expectations for customer service in dealing with automotive dealers. Most recent experience was September 6 when my wife's E350 would not start and Charlene expedited the bureaucratic process of my phoning in the problem to a number in New Jersey. I went to the dealership to report the problem and Charlene hooked me up with the service man who immediately drove me to the disabled car to start it. More

We have been buying cars from Bruce since 2006, we bought cars with him even before he moved to Mercedes and we keep going back to him for his outstanding customer service. I would say that Bruce has a broad cars with him even before he moved to Mercedes and we keep going back to him for his outstanding customer service. I would say that Bruce has a broad knowledge about the cars he sells and his assessment is always accurate. One thing we appreciate a lot is his listening skills, he puts the interest of his customers first and takes the time to listen before making any recommendations. In this business, and when buying these type of cars, it is always akward to have a conversation about how much money one is willing to spend, nevertheless, Bruce makes the conversation very comfortable and we have been extremely satisfied. He spends time with customers even when he knows we are not ready to buy within a month or so, we like to shop around and he knows that so, he is never pushy and never starts throwing dead lines about sales or offers just to complete the sale. He is all about customer satisfaction and takes a lot of pride on the brand he works for. My wife and my two teenagers love to buy from Bruce because he also pays attention to their needs and understands them. He is very friendly and very respectful. I have recommended Bruce to some of my co-wrokers who already bought cars from him and were extremely satisfied. More
