Worst experience I've encountered with the car business First I would like to start off by saying, these are not exaggerated statements , and I have no vendetta with anyone at this dealership. Now that I've First I would like to start off by saying, these are not exaggerated statements , and I have no vendetta with anyone at this dealership. Now that I've gotten that out of the way. I first arrived to view a gorgeous 2010 Mercedes E63 AMG. I was greeted by a salesmen named Alexander . We spoke for a few minutes and I then asked to test drive this car. Alexander then informed me that he needed to qualify me first before I could drive the car. I then carefully left , walked over and got another salesmen who had no issue with letting me drive the car. I'll skip ahead to the part where I meet the man running this circus. The general manager Jason Good then greeted me after I asked to speak with a a manger. Right from the start he seemed very irritated to be speaking with me. He even yelled at the salesmen and asked "what am I doing with this?!" . Then he told me have a good day as if he was finished speaking with me. I said nothing irrational or brash. I was a customer prepared to buy a car I have been researching for months now. I've received better treatment from a Chevrolet dealership. This truly was the worst experience I've ever had when trying to buy a car. More

Joe Revier was great to work with from the minute we walked in the door until we left with our new vehicle. After wasting a lot of time at a nearby competitor selling the same car, Joe along with Miguel and Karen were able to put together a deal that we felt was very fair and actually what we asked for. The atmosphere of Lokey was very friendly and they truly wanted to help us. I would highly recommend this company to my friends. More

My husband has cancer and they took care of him as well as myself making the whole 4 hour experience well worth our time. All the staff we worked with went over and beyond. We were expecting to drive away with a pre-owned vehicle and drove away in a brand new 2014.Mr Mark Austin put a good word in for us and made this all happen. I work in the service industry as well at an eye institute and deal with all sorts of people and want them to have a great experience when they come in and that's exactly what we received. I would refer anyone who asks to Lokey and intend to do so! I just again want to thank everyone that worked with us for making us feel welcome and not being judgmental because I have had that experience in the past and didn't know what to expect when I went to Lokey today. Sandy, my sales person, knew the Benz inside and out and took the time to explain each detail of the car. By the time we returned to the dealership from the test ride, Karen, in the finance dept, was ready for me. She explained every paper I signed and when it came to the extra add ons to the vehicle she recommended things. She never pushed anything on me and I felt that she was helping and not overselling. Rick in the parts department was very helpful in things I wanted for my new car. He told me that if I ever wanted anything just to let him know and he would have whatever I wanted delivered to my house. AWESOME team!!! Jeanette B More
