Got an used car and we had some problems, I contact the dealer and they immediately helped us, Thanks to Gabriel Camps (pre-owned Sales Manager) that took the time to listen and resolved the problem and also Doug Lora (sales rep) that was very helpful and gentle. Peter made car-buying experience a true delight, in less than an hour including test-drive the car was mine, then Peter meticulously took his time explaining the different functions, linking phone to vehicle.. etc, the next day a follow up tutorial, moreover, Peter called at a time he knew I would be driving making sure that I was comfortable with the different functionality and generously offered continued tutorial (as I am gadget-challenged).

Needless to say the vehicle is an amazing marvel of style, safety and technology, yet Peter made it even better.

When I decided to buy my second Mercedes car I checked all the dealers within 200 miles for a specific CPO C250. I found the one I wanted in Coral Gables 125 mile from Port St Lucie,I call and spoke with Damian Stiep and Luis Soto, with some hesitation I made the trip to Miami in the afternoon, and later in the evening I drove home with my new Mercedes. I normally don't like to give any review,but in this case I feel that Damian ans Luis deserve to be congratulated. From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were so impressed with the attention and assistance we received from Damian Steip. the paper work was done fast and every document was well explained. The dealership was closed but Damian was with us, in the parking lot, still giving us tutorials about every button and options the vehicle has.The next day he called us to check that we had a safe trip back to Port St Lucie and if we enjoyed the new car...... Yes Damian we enjoyed it and we thank you.

Peter Warwar, our salesperson made the whole experience a fantastic one, so much so that I went back the next day and bought another vehicle. He devoted a large amount of his time and never did I think he was pressuring or rushing me to make a decision, something I really appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and always ready with the answers to our questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone who may be interested in buying a Mercedes.

I was also very pleased with Carlos Pedre who handled the paperwork. He advised my wife and I on all of our options and he was very efficient.

All in all we are very pleased with our purchase at the Mercedes Benz of Coral Gables.
