Upon removing our engine covering even though it was not part of the maintenance we required and found that mice had chewed the insulation off some of the wires. Regular scheduled service and new tires I received excellent service from the service rep - Rob Green. I was in a bind and just stopped by mid morning because I had a tire going flat. Since I received excellent service from the service rep - Rob Green. I was in a bind and just stopped by mid morning because I had a tire going flat. Since my scheduled service was only 5 days away, I asked if I could also get that arranged. The service center was very busy, but Rob shuffled around a few things and was able to get me taken care of. He also offered a loner car, but I opted for a driver to take me to my office. Rob had him there in 2-3 minutes and made sure he picked me up later that day when my car was ready. Great service. More
