I have dealt with Ray Catena Jaguar in Oakhurst for the past 10 years with excellent results prior to visiting the Mercedes dealership in Edison. Danny understood what we wanted in a car and was very patient with us. From switching from a Suburban to a E350 it was a little difficult for me - test driving the car a few times with Danny's patients patient with us. I had previously bought and serviced a Mercedes Benz at Ray Catena or years, so when I was interested in buying a new car I went to them and brought my 2004 Mercedes Benz E320 to them to trade in. The car Ray Catena or years, so when I was interested in buying a new car I went to them and brought my 2004 Mercedes Benz E320 to them to trade in. The car has never been serviced anywhere else. I even bought new tires there. They went over the car with a fine tooth comb and came back to me with an insulting offer. They had a CarFax report that said the car had a front-end collision. It was absolutely wrong. In fact, with a few emails to CarFax, I cleared it all up. They had put information in incorrectly. First, a message to dealers -- CarFax is not the end all, be all. They make mistakes. Second, a message to Ray Catena Mercedes. You are going to trust CarFax over the word of a repeat Mercedes customer AND repeat Ray Catena customer? Jack Goldberg never followed up with even a phone call. I've never been to a dealer where they haven't followed up after a visit. I guess they don't need the business. Ray Catena -- I bought a BMW and couldn't be happier. More

Danny Wong was professional and thorough during my visit. We were totally satisfied at the end of our experience even though this was not the exact model that we were ready to purchase. Mr. Wong was determined to get us into a newer vehicle and did everything possible to find the car that was closer to our specifications. After we closed the deal we called him few time for some assistance and he was always there ready to answer our questions. A week delay on the delivery due to the holiday. Thank you Danny!
