After purchasing my leased Mercedes in 2022, I added a $3,800 extended warranty for peace of mind. I barely drive the car, but when the A/C stopped working, I took it to Thousand Oaks for service — only t $3,800 extended warranty for peace of mind. I barely drive the car, but when the A/C stopped working, I took it to Thousand Oaks for service — only to find out my warranty had been canceled just days after purchase. No one could explain why. Thousand Oaks diagnosed the issue as needing a software update and Freon refill. They tried contacting Encino’s finance department for a week with no response. I finally reached Armen, who promised it was fixed — but it wasn’t. After two weeks, I was told to go to Encino directly. There, I was referred to Drew Herman, who was rude and dismissive. He told me to “just pay $450 and be done with it,” and refused to escalate the issue. I felt disrespected and taken advantage of — especially as a woman. This entire process was stressful, unprofessional, and far below the standards I expect from Mercedes-Benz. I hope corporate takes notice. More
I had an outstanding experience at Mercedes-Benz of Encino, and a big part of that was thanks to Ben Benyoucef, the salesperson who assisted me in getting my black on black Mercedes. From start to fini Encino, and a big part of that was thanks to Ben Benyoucef, the salesperson who assisted me in getting my black on black Mercedes. From start to finish, Ben was incredibly professional, yet still made the whole process fun and stress-free. His approach to negotiation was straightforward, transparent, and made me feel confident in my decision. I highly recommend Ben Benyoucef and his sales manager Larry Killingsworth are true gems and to anyone looking for a top-notch car buying experience. If you're planning to visit Mercedes-Benz of Encino, be sure to ask for them! More
My tire was going flat and I made it to the dealership with about 22 pounds of air remaining. A new tire was placed on my vehicle and I was in and out in about 50 minutes. with about 22 pounds of air remaining. A new tire was placed on my vehicle and I was in and out in about 50 minutes. More

I brought my SL400 to MB of Encino yesterday. As I pulled up in the driveway, another customer was screaming at the MB employees about their horrible service & was calling them thieves. I have As I pulled up in the driveway, another customer was screaming at the MB employees about their horrible service & was calling them thieves. I have been servicing my Mercedes vehicles at Mercedes dealerships for over 20 years now. I moved to L.A. last year & started bringing my car to MB of Encino. I know that it is more expensive to service my car at the dealership, but I’ve been willing to pay the higher cost because of the higher end experience. The higher end experience no longer exists at MB Encino. I reserved a Loaner Car & when I arrived for my service, there was NO loaner car for me. They said I can wait. I had some time, so I said I would have some coffee. NO COFFEE! When my service was completed, they brought my my washed car. I looked at the wheels & couldn’t believe they didn’t wipe the dirt off all my wheels. They sent my car back & brought it back 15 minutes later. The guy asked me if it’s ok now. I looked at the dirt still on my dirty wheels & asked him what he thought about bringing me a clean car with dirty wheels? He shook his head like a guy that knows that MB Encino does not take pride in their workmanship. I just left, because I’m ready to find a new mechanic! One other comment. I spoke to the GM about my experience while I was waiting for my service to be completed.. He smiled & listened to me, but didn’t really seem to care. He made up some story about not having coffee due to 25 lawsuits against his dealership, because clients claim to have gotten Covid from drinking their coffee. More
This dealership and service department go above and beyond in the quality of work that they do! I am a TV Executive and have very little time on my hands with all the projects I work on. I am truly g beyond in the quality of work that they do! I am a TV Executive and have very little time on my hands with all the projects I work on. I am truly grateful that this dealership works so hard to continue to make me the happy customer I am!!! Kevin Malone is the BEST service advisor I have ever worked with, and I will only do business with him! I also enjoy working Leslie for my loaner vehicles and seeing Nikki’s smiling face at the front desk! Keep up the good work team! I have referred lots of my fellow colleagues and family members to this place, and they feel the same way I do! More
THERE AT 1:14 PM AND OUT AT 4:02 FOR MINOR ALARM/BATTERY SERVICE. VALET REFUSED TO BRING MY CAR TO DRIVE THRU AND BROUGHT ME THE KEYS TO WALK ACROSS THE LOT TO GET MY OWN CAR. WHEN I READ MY PAPERWORK IT SERVICE. VALET REFUSED TO BRING MY CAR TO DRIVE THRU AND BROUGHT ME THE KEYS TO WALK ACROSS THE LOT TO GET MY OWN CAR. WHEN I READ MY PAPERWORK IT HAD INCORRECT INFORMATION COMBINING MY RESIDENCE WITH MY BUSINESS ADDRESS INFORMATION. QUOTED AMOUNT FOR TEST AND BILLED AMOUNT $200 DIFFERENT; HOWEVER, I WAS THE SECOND TO LAST CUSTOMER TO LEAVE AND JUST WANTED TO GET OUT OF THE DEALERSHIP (WITH NO VALET SERVICE FOR ME) , SO I JUST PAID AND WENT OVER THE INVOICE WHEN I GOT HOME. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN A DEALERSHIP I EVER EXPERIENCED AND FRANKLY I WAS VERY INSULTED. More
I posted this on Yelp a few days ago about this AWFUL dealership; Incredibly unprofessional. I wish I could give them negative stars. We test drove a new car there yesterday. Today I agreed to a pric dealership; Incredibly unprofessional. I wish I could give them negative stars. We test drove a new car there yesterday. Today I agreed to a price (a very small amount below MSRP) with their manager over the phone and confirmed that it was available and I would be Ubering down there to buy it and it would take about an hour for me to get there. When we showed up, within an hour, magically there was another person trying to buy the same car and they made us wait so that they could "process the credit application" on that new buyer. So after waiting, apparently she bought it. So it looks like what happened is that someone walked in and they showed the car that they had just agreed to sell to me, and that person almost definitely just gave them MSRP. It's outrageously unprofessional and I really am shocked that a MB dealership would have such absolutely awful customer service. The manager was rude and border-line hostile, after he had the gall to screw us like that over a few hundred dollars. So I'm going to fire off a nasty letter to MB USA and complain about these guys that operate like a corner-used car lot. I'm never going to step foot in another MB store and really these bozos ought to be out of business. I've never had such a bad experience at a car dealer and to think that it happened with a brand that tries to market itself as high-end is amazing. Sure, it's a seller's market these days but it is absolutely amateur hour at this dealer. People like this are why everyone hates car salesmen. Never again. More
On October 21 I reached out to Mr. Nir at the Encino Mercedes dealership. I was interested to lease a new Mercedes 2021 Gl450 for my wife. While negotiating the monthly payments and d Nir at the Encino Mercedes dealership. I was interested to lease a new Mercedes 2021 Gl450 for my wife. While negotiating the monthly payments and down payment he assured me that it includes the following: 1st monthly payment, Title and registration fees. I was hesitating and about to walk away. Mr. Nir then insisted that we should review the terms again. We discussed the leasing options multiple times and was told very clear that my down payment will cover the 1st monthly payment, licensing, title & registration. They issued a temporary registration until the permanent registration and stickers will arrive in the mail. Mr. Nir raved about how the Encino dealership is in good standing and have the best customers reviews. Little that I know I was scammed. 30 days after I signed the lease agreement I received a notice from the DMV that registration fees of 770 dollar are due. I tried to reach out to the dealership numerous times but unfortunately with no success. All my attempts were completely ignored. I decided to drive down and resolve this situation but Mr. Nir took no responsibility and couldn’t remember if the down payment included the registration fees or not. He mentioned that although the dealer often take care of this fees, it was not added to our lease agreement. And I had to register the vehicle myself. I feel scammed, over charged and taken advantage by the salesperson and the Encino Mercedes dealership. The dealership breach the contract by failing to provide the registration. The lessor should be responsible for registration! Be aware!!! Don’t deal with this dealership!! They will scam you!!! More
