We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your Dealer.com review you did not share this experience. That is very disappointing to us, and we hope to communicate with you to perhaps resolve some of the issues you expressed with your experience here at our dealership. We are very sorry you were dissatisfied with some of the features that were not included in your used SLK350. And even more importantly we are sorry if our Salesperson Nadeem was overzealous and perhaps misinformed (based on your comments) with the actual features of your vehicle. That being said you, the customer, did drive and inspect the vehicle being purchased. Also we are very sorry there was a problem with the door hinge on your vehicle. All our cars are sold “As Is” and therefore it was a goodwill gesture on our behalf to pay for the door hinge. Nadeem did not realize this was going to need more than WD40. As far as the late delivery of your vehicle, it is very unfortunate, but as you may recall this was during the severe winter weather advisories and the delivery of your vehicle had to be delayed. All of this being said we do hope that you are satisfied with your SLK350. If there is anything we can do to increase your satisfaction with our dealership, please let us know. I understand we cannot undo what has already been done, but your satisfaction is very important to us. Regarding Your comment on your cars being sold As-IS, I did find the issue with the door and Nadeem promised to correct it before delivering it. Moreover, before they left from Fort Wayne to my place, I called Nadeem and asked him to check if the CD changer cartidge was present and he said it was present. So you have a Salesman who pretty much lies. Yes I did inspect the car.But when a saleman promises that the car is equiped with a Bluetooth system you trust the sales man. Did you actually want me to connect my phone to the bluetooth system and test it??

You are certainly justified to be upset if Nadeem misinformed you on the car’s options. We are not defending that Nadeem was overzealous and perhaps misinformed on the vehicle and the options it included. He should be aware and informed on which options are actually included on the car he is selling. Also he should have sprayed WD40 on the hinge before delivery if he stated that he would in fact do so. But as far as the door hinge, we did make an effort to correct this situation by paying for the repair. We do take unsatisfied customers very seriously, and we are striving to improve our customer service so miscommunications such as this do not happen in the future. Aside from not having all the options that you expected, we hope that you are still satisfied with your SLK350.
