I got a call last week about bringing my car in for service. They told me they’ll give me a coupon if I did the service which was a major one so I made an appointment and got a loaner car because I’m g service. When I got there, the service advisor told me they booked me for the wrong service that I cannot get a loaner car. The service adviser seem not to care for my situation I was put in, I let it be know that I was taking my business else . That when see did something about it. And when I went to pick up my car, I waited for 10 minutes for somebody to come help me. I went looking around the offices and I saw my service advisor and we looked at each other like an aisle, so I went back to where I was and kept waiting. Eventually, I just went inside to the cashier told her my name and I paid for my bill. The cashier told me a couple detail of my car and I told her that nobody help me out outside so the service advisor never came back to talk to me or anything to give me any information about my car. I bought a Mercedes-Benz CLA 250 from this dealership and it was an amazing experience. I had been looking for a specific car with specific options (it's hard to do these days) and located it on their websi it was an amazing experience. I had been looking for a specific car with specific options (it's hard to do these days) and located it on their website. I was unable to find the exact car I wanted in L.A. and had been searching for many months until finding this one (after expanding my search to other areas!). I initiated an internet chat and had multiple questions answered in the chat with Felicia. I was then connected via email to Moe who asked me which car I was interested in and explained several features of the car along with pricing. I also asked if he could confirm options/features that I saw listed on the site because I had very exact options in mind and given the distance (about 200 miles) I couldn't see the car in person and needed to know if it had everything I wanted. I had already test-driven the same make/model in L.A. so I knew the interior dimensions would work. Moe took the time to confirm everything and went over additional options I might be interested in regards to maintenance and warranty which I really appreciated. I spent the week texting/emailing him with details and prepping all the necessary paperwork to buy the car including paperwork from the finance manager who also discussed maintenance and warranty plans that I wanted to add. I also needed info from them so I could work on prepping insurance and obtaining cashier's checks for the down payment and financing. Everything was in place by Friday and as I had a trade-in I decided to drive to Fresno and trade in my old car and pick up this new one. All the details that had been discussed were completed on Friday and I made my way to the dealership on Saturday. When I arrived, my new car was in the showroom and had been buffed to an amazing shine (loved the BOW!). After so many months of searching for the perfect car I couldn't believe I was standing right next to it - or how amazing it looked in person! I have thanked Moe many times because he went above and beyond for someone he hadn't even met in person and was dealing with over the phone/text/email. No matter how small the question he was very well-prepared and for the 2 times he didn't have an immediate answer he got them for me very quickly. Not only did I get the exact car and options I wanted, I got the best customer service I could have imagined. Every person I met at the dealership was genuinely friendly and intent on my having a pleasant purchasing experience. A major shout-out to Felicia, Antonio, George and especially Moe (who was patient with me and spent a lot of time working with me). I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Fresno and especially recommend you work with Moe who will ensure you receive the perfect car and truly personalized service. Not upfront about repair cost. Was told all 4 tires needed to be replaced at 24990 mileage. The car had a little over 8,000 miles when leased. We were asked if the car had new tires when it was leased. We did not know. Our fault but not good customer service on your part. This car was rarely driven and never driven out of town. It doesn't make sense. My husband forgot about the $150.00 spring service offer. It wasn't verbally offered at time of pick. Our fault but not good customer service on your part. More
