Dawn Walker was my sales rep. This is the 2nd Mercedes I have purchased from her and my 3rd vehicle from the Coggins Group in as many years. Dawn took the time and patience to allow me to test ride any vehicle that I desired, since I wasn't sure which vehicle I wanted next. Sort of like a kid in a toy store with so many choices to chose from. Dawn answered any question that I presented her with. If she didn't have the answer right then and there, it was fort coming in a matter of minutes. She had great support from her managers which made me feel very comfortable in doing business once again with this dealership. I was reintroduced to the dealership staff along to their outstanding service writer Randy Simpatico, this fellow will make things happen. I was treated as if I was related to one of their staff members, though I wasn't, I felt accepted as I would in a family setting. I never felt pressured or rushed in making a purchasing decision. Any concerns that I had were addressed to my satisfaction before and after the sale. After the sale you're not forgotten. Dawn makes it a point to stay in touch not just after the first several weeks but years later. This is why I had to return to this dealership and to my sales rep. I flew from NC to buy a used SL500, sfter seeing it on ebay AND talking with differant people at the dealership. When I arrived they had obviously not checked the car over very well as several items neede ebay AND talking with differant people at the dealership. When I arrived they had obviously not checked the car over very well as several items needed addressing for it to be in the condition I was told it was when I spoke with them. They did fix the items BUT it was frustrating and caused me to spend extra time before I could leave to drive home. Another BIGGER issue is the amount of time it took to get the title. I purchased the car on 11/16/10 and did not receive the title until 1/6/11, 51 days later, AFTER I sent several progressively stronger emails. Looks like they never paid off the lean from the previous owner until end of Dec, yet they had my money on 11/16. All in all NOT the kind of service I have received AND expect from a Mercedes dealer. More
If I knew where my second key was I would of rated the dealer higher. I have asked repeatedly and have never received a solid answer. I have even called so maybe this will get results. Other then that my experience was great.I found a sweet car and there was a big problem and Dan took care of it ASAP.I was provided a nice car to use while my top was replaced and overall I will look to this dealership in the future for my needs in the car department. After reading the reviews on DealerRater, I called and spoke with LeAnn Longo, a sales consultant. She is amazing - professional, knowledgeable and very, very nice. She gave us a very fair price by phone and we drove 80 miles (past 4 other Mercedes dealers) due to that phone call. The car is perfect and the sale was fast, easy and stress-free. Brendan O'Brien, the finance director was wonderful as well!! This is the way to buy a car! PS If you prefer, they will deliver the car to you all over South Florida Thank you DealerRater! On November 14 2010 I flew from Georgia to buy a preowned '06 Audi A6. Per internet sales manager Ryan Erdle vehicle was in excellent condition, clean carfax - no accidents,outside of the vehicle in perfect '06 Audi A6. Per internet sales manager Ryan Erdle vehicle was in excellent condition, clean carfax - no accidents,outside of the vehicle in perfect condition , only 2 small blemishes were 2 buttons that were peelling. Have pictures of the vehicle + Ryan had sent me a written E-Mail stating the condition of the vehicle " as I promised this is an excellent vehicle and is in really great condition you will not be disappointed!" Got an Purchase Agreement E-Mail-ed, sent them credit card authorization signed for deposit.Talked to Ryan several times asking him to honestly describe vehicle condition before i could make decision about vehicle purchase. Per Ryan everything was great - explained him that I'd be coming from Georgia and if the car was not what he had told it was I wouldn't be getting it but Ryan promised perfection. So I flew down to Ft. Pierce and what an unpleasant surprise!!!! The car was still in shop beeing detailed, when they brought it out we started looking at the car.WOW It didn't take more than 2 minutes to see that the vehicle has been in some kind of accident, had dents behind the rear pass.door, front right fender was damage was very unprofessionaly repaired ..... stock # 6N119883T , VIN: WAUAH74F16N119883 the carfax states no accidents but Ryan as well as Mr. Tosh Pence knew that the car waspreviously damaged and repaired,painted ( as they stated later it was wrinkled/creased ).Was promised to get at least my travel expenses reimbursed -signed and dated by Mr. Tosh Pence(sales manager)- now they don't even want to answer the phone. Recently I purchased a 2008 Mercedes E Class automobile and my decision was complicated my by need to visit many dealerships and test drive 10 or more similar vehicles by various manufacturers. Having accomplished all the test drives , my choice was easy. I chose the Mercedes Dealership in Fort Pierce Florida, This dealership should be used as the model example as to how to properly interact with a customer. WOW, what a great experience ! Not only were the sales personnel knowledgeable and straight forward with explaining each vehicles key features and performance characteristics, I was also in the presence of a caring staff of employees. They really wanted me to get just the right automobile, and they took the time necessary to answer all my questions completely and then continued to be just as friendly and caring after I purchased the automobile. All together I probably met and interacted with 10 people or more at this dealership. Smiles were all around and I did watch them interact with other customers as well. So, I know it just was not my magnetic personally or my bank account that created the environment. Specially, I would like to commend Michele MacKinnon ( sales ) and Jim ( Finance ), and all the others, who were so helpful. OK, you might ask, how is the vehicle I purchased. It is my third Mercedes in 14 years, all are running like they are like new. Need I say more. Why am I giving this review ? Excellence is being duly noted. Thank You all . Victoria Renee Weiss More
