This made a good impression on me because I'm a woman and had been to other dealers and had been ignored. Then I met Layne who immediately connected with me. He was so enthusiastic and knowledgable about the car I wanted to test drive., it made me feel confident and comfortable about my choice. By the end of the test drive I was ready to buy. This has never happened before! But because of Layne's experience and love of driving cars, he was a strong reference for me. I trusted him. I don't know if this is part of their service or not but there was always someone holding the door open for me when I walked in, including the guy vacuuming when I had to work late and couldn't get there til after work hours. My car was delayed at the factory and I had sold my car so didn't have a car. No problem, I called Layne who arranged for a loaner. I think I had that loaner for 4 weeks! Layne and his manager were incredibly kind. I know they went out of there way on the loaner for which I'm grateful. Many times I called Layne and he was always there for me. Once inside, John Chipman is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, and if he is not in, Dave, the service advisor that sits behind John, is happy to pinch hit for him, even though he knows I am John's customer. If there is any hard to describe issue, John will ask Rudy, who is an outstanding technician, to take a ride with me to experience the issue first hand. The car is always returned to me clean and ready to enjoy, and Jim the Service Manager will very often make it a point to stop to ask me if everything was done to my satisfaction-and answer is always the same: YES!
