I must confess that we visited this dealrship just to browse and see what they can offer us, thinking that whatever it was it didn't meet our budget. We were pleasantly surprised and ended up leasing a C browse and see what they can offer us, thinking that whatever it was it didn't meet our budget. We were pleasantly surprised and ended up leasing a CLA250, even though we really didn't need a new car until May. George Rodriguez was extremely helpful and patient with us, showing us all the features of the car, taking us for a test drive, then plugging the numbers until they met our criteria, the General Manager also was very helpful, he sat down with George and with us and came up with what we wanted to hear. George was also excellent, in the after sale and delivery experience, made it very smooth and made us feel part of the Estate Motors family. The financial manager was also very good, friendly and not pushy at all. Overall a very pleasant experience and must say that at no time we felt pressured to buy, I do see us staying with Estate Motors for many years to come. More

We bought a new CLA at this dealership. Unfortunately, it had a mechanical defect. From the moment it occurred, I have never experienced such amazing customer service. My car was taken from my driveway that had a mechanical defect. From the moment it occurred, I have never experienced such amazing customer service. I have purchased or leased several cars in my life, and this is by far the best experience that I have ever had with a car dealer. The staff was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products this is by far the best experience that I have ever had with a car dealer. The staff was professional and extremely knowledgeable about the products. I highly recommed Robert Nova-Nowomiejski as a salesman. He turned over every rock to find discounts for us; and was totally honest with us when we asked to compare the car we were looking at versus other cars. I definitely felt like he had our best interests at heart; and I know that he got me the best possible price that he could. I will be recommending that all of my friends and colleagues use him for future purchases and leases. This is a dealership where the salemen let the cars do the talking for them, and they don't try to exaggerate a car's features. After we signed our lease, the salesman took the time to run us through every dial and gadget that the car had to offer. They also informed me of the best approach to take towards the end of my lease when the lease is due to expire. More
